Return Policy

When you rent a product from Rent O Wear through our website, you agree to return it in good condition within 3 days from the delivery date.

If you return the product late, we'll charge a late fee of Rs. 800 per outfit per day and Rs. 500 per accessory per day.

We may hold onto your security deposit until any late fees are paid.

You're responsible for returning the product undamaged, except for normal wear and tear. If there's substantial damage or a major loss, you'll cover the costs.

Pack the product securely in its original packaging or the provided return packaging.

Arrange for pickup by our designated person before the return date.

You agree not to dispute our decisions about damages or losses.

Any disagreements will be settled under Indian law, with Pune courts having jurisdiction.

Refundable Security Deposit Policy:

Upon pickup, a security deposit is required, which will be refunded upon completion of a comprehensive assessment and upon obtaining necessary approvals.

If the attire sustains damage or shows signs of staining, an appropriate amount will be deducted from the security deposit.

Cash deposits will be returned upon the attire's satisfactory return and completion of quality assurance procedures.

For online bank transfers, refunds will be processed within 3 business days upon receipt of the attire and completion of quality assessment.

In the event of irreparable damage, the security deposit will be forfeited, and the user will be liable to pay 50% of the rent amount.
