However, we prioritize our clients&#8217; satisfaction and will accommodate cancellations through the issuance of a credit note. The credit note will be for the full booking amount, without any penalties or charges. Please note that under no circumstances will a financial refund be provided. In the event of changes to the date of your occasion, the credit note may be used for rescheduling. However, cancellations in financial terms are strictly not allowed. If a client wishes to change the booked outfit, an additional charge of INR 2,000 will apply, subject to the availability of the desired outfit on the new date.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-81d0a6b wd-width-100 elementor-widget elementor-widget-wd_title\" data-id=\"81d0a6b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wd_title.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title-wrapper set-mb-s reset-last-child wd-title-color-default wd-title-style-default wd-title-size-default text-center\">\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"liner-continer\">\n\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"woodmart-title-container title wd-fontsize-l\">Return Condition and Liability<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title-after_title set-cont-mb-s reset-last-child wd-fontsize-xs\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Outfits must be returned in the same condition as they were provided. Any stains or damage will result in charges determined by the Rent O Wear management team, based on the extent of the damage. In cases where the outfit is damaged beyond repair, the entire security deposit will be forfeited, and the client will be required to pay additional charges to cover the full cost of the outfit.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1678a67 wd-width-100 elementor-widget elementor-widget-wd_title\" data-id=\"1678a67\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wd_title.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title-wrapper set-mb-s reset-last-child wd-title-color-default wd-title-style-default wd-title-size-default text-center\">\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"liner-continer\">\n\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"woodmart-title-container title wd-fontsize-l\">Security Deposit and Refund<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title-after_title set-cont-mb-s reset-last-child wd-fontsize-xs\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The security deposit, equivalent to the rental amount, will be refunded only after a thorough inspection of the outfit by our team. Any delay will result in penalty charges, which will be deducted from the security deposit. Any disputes arising shall be resolved amicably between the parties. Furthermore, once the client receives the bill, it is deemed that the client has accepted these terms and conditions in full. While we are committed to exceptional customer service and will avoid making such decisions whenever possible, there may be unavoidable circumstances where we cannot fulfill your booking.
